Rudy Gobert 2018-19 Player Outlook
Rudy Gobert will hope to continue his defensive dominance in the upcoming fantasy season and will look to stay healthy throughout the 82-game schedule. Gobert missed 26 games last season due to injury yet still managed to take home the Defensive Player Of The Year award because of his dominance when he does take the court. Gobert saw a dip in many numbers last season as his rebound totals went from 12.8 to 10.7 per contest and we saw his blocks take a slight hit from 2.8 to 2.3 a night. On the plus side, we did see his free throw mark take a nice jump from 65.3% to 68.2%. It was indeed a frustrating 2017-18 campaign for owners who took the big man with a top-15 pick last season. With his preseason ranking being much lower this season and if he can stay healthy, there is no reason the Stifle Tower does not return that top-15 ranking this season.
