Brandon Belt Out Of Lineup With Knee Soreness
San Francisco Giants first baseman Brandon Belt (knee) is out of the lineup on Monday due to right knee soreness. The Giants are also facing a left-hander, so that made it an easier decision. Belt's knee injury could persist for the rest of the year, and he could need to undergo a cleanup procedure on it. The 30-year-old is hitting .259/.347/.430 with 14 home runs and 46 RBI on the season. Chase D'Arnaud is at first base and is hitting second against Rockies left-hander Tyler Anderson on Monday. d'Arnaud isn't much to look at, but he has some upside as a deep DFS sleeper in the No. 2 spot and at Coors Field.
