Nashville Predators defenseman Ryan Ellis registered two helpers, including one on the game-winning goal, in a win on Thursday. Despite missing the first half of the season due to recovering from knee surgery, Ellis has been fantastic this season, helping his Predators capture the NHL's President's Trophy. Ellis has capped off a season that has seen him post 32 points in just 42 games with an impressive stat line of five goals, 12 assists and a plus-13 rating throughout March and April. His current point pace would put him at 61 points over the course of a full 82-game season and as a result, Ellis should be looked at as a potential top-20 defenseman going into next year's fantasy drafts.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
