Dallas Stars goaltender Kari Lehtonen left Tuesday's win in San Jose in the first period after appearing to catch a puck in the throat area. Lehtonen had stopped 12 of 14 shots against prior to his departure. Head coach Ken Hitchcock stated after the game that Lehtonen is "100 percent fine" and that he'd be ready to get back in the net this weekend if called upon. Mike McKenna, thrust into his first NHL action since 2014-2015, stopped all 17 shots he faced in relief and could be a candidate to receive a start during this weekend's back-to-back set in Anaheim and Los Angeles.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
