In this article, I’ll be providing you with the top starting pitcher streamers for daily fantasy baseball (DFS) and for seasonal leagues for 6/16/16. Daily Pitcher Matchup Ratings Tool Top Plays

Blake Snell (SP, TB) vs Mariners

Must Stream

All aboard the hype train. Snell makes his second start in 2016 and his home debut versus a formidable Mariners lineup. The matchup isn't ideal but this is No. 2 prospect in baseball who was lights out in his debut versus the Yankees (5 IP, ER). Grab him and ask questions later.

J.A. Happ (SP, TOR) at Phillies

Must Stream

Happ has fallen off of late (7.50 ERA in June) but a date with the Phillies should be just the remedy. The Phillies .610 OPS versus LHP is 29th in baseball.

Max’s Value Plays of the Day

James Paxton (SP, SEA) at Rays

Solid Stream

Paxton has been excellent since returning from the minors, allowing just one earned run in his past two outings (12.1 IP). He was reaching 98 MPH as late as the seventh inning in his last start. The Rays are a top-five offense versus LHP but I'm willing to roll the dice with Paxton given his recent outburst.

Dan Straily (SP, CIN) at Braves

Must Stream

You had me at Atlanta Braves. The Braves .640 OPS versus RHP is the worst in baseball while Straily has a 1.93 ERA in the month of June. This is a no-brainer.

Starting Pitchers to Fade in Daily Fantasy Baseball

Matt Wisler (SP, ATL) vs Reds

Wisler's streak of seven straight quality starts seems like a distant memory now. He's been lit up in his past four starts (8.10 ERA) and gets a Reds lineup that has been a top-10 unit versus RHP.

Danny Duffy (SP, KC) vs Tigers

Love the pitcher, hate the matchup. The Tigers are a top-10 unit versus LHP and Duffy isn't going deep into ballgames. Call this a hunch if you will, but I'm passing on the Duffman.
