The Cubs are the biggest favorite (-240) on the board and the Phillies have a measly .666 OPS versus RHP, 26th in baseball.

Madison Bumgarner (SP, SFG) at Rockies

A date at Coors isn't ideal, but it should help lower ownership. Bumgarner is 4-0 with a 0.98 ERA in the month of May.

 

Max’s Value Plays of the Day

Wei-Yin Chen (SP, MIA) at Braves

Braves stink versus lefties; their .594 OPS versus LHP is 29th in baseball. Look for Chen to rebound from a poor outing in Tampa here.

Wade Miley (SP, SEA) vs Twins

If the Braves are bad versus lefties, the Twins are worse. Their .581 OPS and .209 AVG versus LHP are last in baseball.

 

Starting Pitchers to Fade in Daily Fantasy Baseball

Adam Wainwright (SP, STL) at Nationals

Waino survived his last start unscathed (6 IP, 3 ER) but he still hasn't gone seven innings this year. Too many solid plays today to gamble on Wainwright.

Yu Darvish (SP, TEX) vs Pirates

Darvish was dominant in his rehab outings but he's relegated to 90 pitches today. Don't get cute.
