Welcome to the Daily Fantasy Hockey (NHL DFS) lineup picks article for March 26th of the 2015/2016 NHL season. Each day we'll be providing you with a handful of forward, defensemen, and goaltender picks for DraftKings and FanDuel GPP and cash games.
After a light night on the ice on Friday, we are back with an extremely busy Saturday in the NHL. There are four games in the afternoon and 10 more on the main slate starting at 7:00 PM et. We will be providing picks for the main slate only tonight.
With just over two weeks until the playoffs, the divisional races are heating up. Besides the Washington Capitals, who have clinched the entire Eastern Conference, all other divisions are tight between two or more teams. This is the best time of the year to be a hockey fan.
As of now, we have six goalies(Allen-STL, Vasilevskiy-TB, Raanta-NYR, Condon-MTL, Bernier-TOR, Darling-CHI) who are already confirmed starting on Saturday. Be sure to double check LeftWingLock prior to lineup lock to confirm all goaltenders.

NHL DFS Picks for Saturday, March 26th
A couple strategy notes. For cash game construction look for players who can contribute to your score when they are not providing offense. Examples are guys who take a ton of shots, defensemen who block a lot of shots(DraftKings). Also, look for guys who get powerplay time and especially Top 6 forwards. You can find value in players who join a new line due to an injury or just get a promotion and more ice time.
For large field tournaments (GPP's) you want to find payers who have multi point upside and can grab double digit fantasy points. To stack the most upside in your forwards a common strategy is to punt the defense position. This doesn't mean just grab anyone. Try and look for a D man who will be playing more PP time or might get a boost in overall playing time due to an injury.
Let's take a look at some solid plays for today's action.
Pekka Rinne - Goaltender, Predators (Draftkings - $8,200 FanDuel - $8,900)
The hottest goalie in the league right now going 8-1-1 in his last 10 games with a shutout and impressive .921 save percentage. The Predators currently hold the top wild card position in the West and now only sit two points behind the Blackhawks for 3rd in the Central Division. Rinne will once again be in a great spot for a win in a home matchup vs. the Blue Jackets who rank 24th in offense.
Anze Kopitar - Center, Kings (DraftKings - $6,700 FanDuel - $7,700)
He has been outplaying his salary for quite some time now and is a terrific value on both sites. In his previous 10 games he has tallied 13 points with 21 shots and an impressive +7 rating for the Kings as they prepare for another deep playoff run. One of the best stacks of the night will be combining Kopitar with Milan Lucic and either Tyler Toffoli or Jeff Carter(they have alternated recently).
Filip Forsberg - Winger, Predators (DraftKings - $6,900 FanDuel - $8,400)
The shot volume has been there all season for Forsberg as he has averaged over three shots on goal per game. The goals have come in bunches and he is currently riding a three game goal streak. In his second full season in the NHL he has reached the 30 goal mark for the first time and leaves plenty of upside as he moves further into his career.
Jamie McGinn - Winger, Ducks (DraftKings - $4,100 FanDuel - $4,600)
He got moved to the top line with Ryan Getzlaf and Brandon Pirri last game and didn't disappoint. He scored two goals and has now scored in four of his last five games. Be sure to check the line combos prior to lineup lock but at his current salary under $5K he is a great play regardless.
Shea Weber - Defense, Predators (DraftKings - $5,100 FanDuel - $5,600)
Both Predators top D men make great plays on Saturday night in a home matchup vs. the Blue Jackets. On DraftKings, I will take Weber who is the cheaper of the two while Roman Josi is the better choice on FanDuel as the cheaper option. Both players have tallied seven points in their last 10 games and average around three shots on goal per game and both add value on DraftKings with blocks.
