San Francisco 49ers kicker Eddy Pineiro (hamstring) appears to have recovered from the hamstring injury that sidelined him in Weeks 12 and 13. Pineiro was a full participant in each practice this week, and the 49ers cut backup kicker Matt Gay, indicating that Pineiro will be on the field in Week 15 against the Titans. Pineiro is a decent option for the first round of the fantasy football playoffs, though it is unlikely to be a ceiling game for the 30-year-old, for the simple fact that Tennessee's defense is among the worst in the league. The Titans are so prone to giving up touchdowns (40 allowed, tied for third-most in the NFL) that it may limit Pinieiro's chances to deliver fantasy points via field goals. Still, Pineiro can be trusted to make the most of the opportunities he does see (22-for-22 on field goal attempts).--Dan Stephens
