Washington Commanders wide receiver Noah Brown (groin, knee) was activated off injured reserve and will play in Week 14 against the Minnesota Vikings. Brown's 21-day practice window was opened last week, but he was ultimately held out for Week 13's game against the Denver Broncos. The 29-year-old wideout has missed 10 consecutive games due to groin and knee injuries. Washington's offense is now as close to full health as it's been all season, with No. 1 wide receiver Terry McLaurin returning last week and second-year quarterback Jayden Daniels (elbow) returning on Sunday. Brown will be fourth in the pecking order for targets behind McLaurin, Deebo Samuel Sr., and Zach Ertz in his return, and profiles only as a deep league option in Week 14 against the Vikings.--Kyle McCarthy
