Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Rashid Shaheed is a risky starting option in Week 13 against the Minnesota Vikings. Shaheed is still finding his way as a member of the Seahawks. His snap count numbers continue improving as the weeks wear on, but his volume remains low. Shaheed was held without a catch in Week 12 after earning five targets in Week 11. The Seahawks have not yet unlocked Shaheed's big-play ability. However, with wide receiver Tory Horton (shin) on injured reserve, the Seahawks need a player to unlock the deep area of the field. The Vikings are No. 2 against opposing wide receivers in fantasy. However, all Shaheed needs is one big play to deliver a great fantasy day. Unfortunately, Shaheed is not a worthy starting option in Week 13, given the Vikings' solid defense and his lack of involvement. For now, he is a worthy bench stash until the Seahawks are able to figure out how to use him.--Quincy Milton III - RotoBaller
