Los Angeles Rams running back Kyren Williams remains a must-start fantasy option in Week 10 against the San Francisco 49ers as he looks to build on a successful first half of the 2025 season. Williams has 586 rushing yards, 166 receiving yards, and six touchdowns so far, ranking as the overall RB13 in PPR leagues. On paper, a matchup against the 49ers could pose a challenge for running backs, as San Francisco ranks near the middle of the league in fantasy points allowed to the position. They've also surrendered the seventh-fewest rushing touchdowns to running backs. However, Williams didn't see that level of shutdown defense when the 49ers faced the Rams in Week 5. During that matchup, the 25-year-old had 14 carries, 65 rushing yards, eight catches, 66 receiving yards, and two receiving touchdowns. His 32.1 points (PPR) represented a season-high. Williams will look to repeat his success against a banged-up 49ers defense this week, and he should continue to be deployed as an RB1 in most leagues.--Andersen Pickard
