Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford is having one of the best seasons of his career, and he remains a must-start fantasy quarterback in Week 10 against the San Francisco 49ers despite his limited rushing upside. Stafford now has 16 touchdowns and zero interceptions over his last five games, leading the Rams to a 6-2 start while supporting big fantasy performances from Puka Nacua, Davante Adams, and Kyren Williams. Stafford himself is the overall QB9 so far, and he's fourth in the MVP race with +500 odds. He has become matchup-proof this season and should be started against all opponents. With that said, a matchup against the San Francisco 49ers certainly doesn't hurt. The Niners have allowed the ninth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks in 2025 and have forced just one interception. Stafford racked up 389 yards and three touchdowns when he faced the 49ers earlier this season.--Andersen Pickard
