Boston Bruins center Elias Lindholm (lower body) will be out for "at least a few weeks," head coach Marco Strum said on Friday. Lindholm suffered a lower-body injury during Thursday's tilt against the Buffalo Sabres. In 2025-26, Lindholm has mainly been a threat on the power play, recording four goals and three assists. Across 11 outings, he's only had two even-strength points, both coming via assists. Marat Khusnutdinov, who scored a 4-3 overtime winner on Thursday night, is set to skate in Lindholm's spot on the top line in Saturday's contest against the Carolina Hurricanes. John Beecher will rejoin the action as a fourth-liner.--Taavi Pailk
