Vegas Golden Knights goaltender Adin Hill (lower body) left Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Calgary Flames after the first period. He sustained a lower-body injury during the contest and gave up the crease to Akira Schmid. After Hill allowed two goals on 10 shots, Schmid helped the Golden Knights to a nice comeback victory with 19 saves. Depending on Hill's status, we may see more of Schmid in upcoming games. Vegas' backup has actually outplayed Hill early in the season, going 2-0-0 while allowing only three goals. Hill has a 0-0-2 record with a 3.60 goals-against average.--Taavi Pailk
