Denzel Ward Will Not Practice on Wednesday
Cleveland Browns cornerback Denzel Ward (toe, shoulder) will not participate in the team's practice on Wednesday, per Zac Jackson of The Athletic. The four-time Pro Bowler is Cleveland's top cover corner and has logged six solo tackles and two passes defensed through his first three games of 2025. The Browns will play a Detroit Lions offense that has scored 89 points over its past two games in Week 4, so a potential Ward absence could be a major concern. If Ward is unable to play in Week 4, the outlooks for quarterback Jared Goff, wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown, and the rest of the Lions' offense would be slightly improved.
