Andre Burakovsky Misses Practice With Lower-Body Injury

Chicago Blackhawks winger Andre Burakovsky (lower body) sat out Sunday's practice. According to Blackhawks head coach Jeff Blashill, Burakovsky is dealing with a lower-body tweak. Burakovsky is set to begin his first year with the Blackhawks and could be on the top line for the start of the season, having skated with Connor Bedard and Ryan Donato in training camp. This could help Burakovsky bounce back from a pair of disappointing campaigns. He managed only 10 goals and 39 points in 79 games last season with the Seattle Kraken.--Taavi Pailk
