Jayden Higgins Potentially Looking at Reduced Role
Jayden Higgins has not made much of a splash in the NFL yet, and he may find playing time even harder to come by with Christian Kirk (hamstring) available in Week 3. Higgins had a 28-yard catch in Week 2 on his only target in Week 2, after catching two passes for 32 yards in his debut Week 1 against the Rams. Higgins was the team's second-round pick in last year's NFL Draft, and he's shown inconsistent flashes of potential. Higgins played 43% of snaps in each of the first two weeks of the season, behind Nico Collins, Xavier Hutchinson, and even Justin Watson. With Kirk in the mix as well, Higgins is even further from making an impact, and he's only the WR71 in RotoBaller's Week 3 rankings. He's still holdable in standard leagues if you believe in his long-term upside, but he isn't playable at this point until his role is consistently larger.
