Matt Fitzpatrick Seeking A Little Brotherly Love
Matt Fitzpatrick has endured a rough 2025 so far. The English golfer is outside the Top 75 in the world rankings (84th). Worse, Fitzpatrick has two Top 25 results this year but the past few months have been tough. He has missed three cuts in his last five appearances on the PGA Tour. He still hits well off the tee and ranks 51st in strokes gained with the driver. However, Fitzpatrick ranks beyond the Top 125 in approach to the green and putting. He averages 29.1 putts per round and 29.78 per opening round. Fitzpatrick's scoring average has dropped to 71.4 which ranks 166th. Given that this Philadelphia course can be rough around the edges, Fitzpatrick is looking for a little luck and some brotherly love.
