The Russian netminder hasn't seen any action since March 23, missing eight games due to an upper-body injury. Samsonov boasts a solid 16-9-3 record as Vegas' backup, having allowed 2.79 goals with a .892 save percentage and two shutouts. He faces the NHL's third-lowest scoring side on Tuesday.
