Jonathan Marchessault Remains Out Against Blue Jackets
Nashville Predators right wing Jonathan Marchessault (lower body) will miss a second consecutive game on Tuesday against the Columbus Blue Jackets. On Monday, he was taken out of the lineup against the Philadelphia Flyers due to a lower-body injury. It only appears to be a minor issue, as Marchessault is considered day-to-day. His next opportunity for a comeback will be on Thursday against the Dallas Stars. With Marchessault unavailable, Jakub Vrana entered the lineup on Monday but was anonymous throughout the night, finishing a 2-1 loss with zero shots on goal, one hit, and a minus-one rating in 10:41 of ice time.
