According to Brandon J. Sommermann of The Brother Bullies, the Philadelphia Flyers are placing defenseman Egor Zamula (upper body) on Injured Reserve, retroactive to Jan. 24. The 24-year-old has missed their previous four contests. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his status, as he is eligible to return at any time since he has already been sidelined for the minimum timeframe. While sidelined, Erik Johnson has entered the starting lineup and has played on the bottom pairing. Before his injury, Zamula tallied just two points over his previous eight contests. Overall, the 24-year-old has tallied three goals and eight assists across 39 contests.
