Scott Laughton Busy In Return
Philadelphia Flyers center Scott Laughton (personal) tallied a goal and an assist in his return on Monday evening against the New Jersey Devils. Laughton tallied the primary assist on Joel Farabee's eighth goal of the season in the first period. Later in the third, Laughton would score the empty-netter to put the game out of reach. The 30-year-old missed the three previous contests due to personal reasons. Before the absence, Laughton tallied just two points over his last nine contests this month. Fantasy managers should continue to expect Laughton to have a role on the third line. Through 48 games, Laughton has found the back of the net 10 times and added 15 helpers. He remains a streaming option in deeper formats and will look for an encore against the Devils on Wednesday evening.
