ANALYSIS: Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Mike Williams caught a 31-yard touchdown in his debut with his new team in Week 10. He followed that up by not being targeted in Week 11. It's unlikely many fantasy managers started him that week, but at least he saw an increase in snaps.

There may simply not be room in the offense of Steelers offensive coordinator Arthur Smith to support two fantasy-relevant receivers. Williams has also been a big play threat most of his career, so boom-or-bust status isn't the biggest surprise. HE should get more targets going forward.
His weekly starting value could depend fully on touchdowns, making him a huge risk without much upside, so he shouldn't be started in any leagues. There's a chance he could put together a string of games with scores, but it's better to wait and see what happens as his snaps continue to increase. He only saw 32% of snaps in Week 11.
That number will have to increase for him to be a good contributor to fantasy teams this season.
