ANALYSIS: Chicago Bears wide receiver DJ Moore was outstanding in his first year with the team. However, many were worried about his fantasy football value in 2024 after the Bears added Keenan Allen and Rome Odunze in the offseason.
While the veteran wide receiver has struggled over the first month, Moore had his first receiving touchdown last week against the Los Angeles Rams. Unfortunately, he has scored fewer than 9.8 half-point PPR fantasy points in all but one game, including last week, despite scoring a touchdown.

Moore faces his former team in Week 5 in a revenge game for the star receiver. The Carolina Panthers have surrendered 28.3 fantasy points per game to wide receivers, slightly above the league average. However, they’ve given up 156 receiving yards, 1.7 touchdowns, and 32.4 fantasy points per game to wide receivers over the past three weeks.
The veteran wide receiver is a solid WR2 option for fantasy players in Week 5.
