ANALYSIS: Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift is one of the biggest busts of the season. That doesn't mean you should add Khalil Herbert.
Focusing specifically on Swift.

Out of game: run on 30% of plays, 4.4 yards/run, 5.0 yards/pass

Swift is awful. He is holding back the Bears offense. There are a million problems with his game. He's supposed to be fast and shifty but he barely forces missed tackles. He averages 1.84 yards per carry on the season, which is unacceptable. Against the Colts, one of the worst run defenses in the league, he averaged 1.54 YPC.
Herbert hasn't been good though. On his eight carries, he has 2.0 YPC. Herbert hasn't made a single explosive play and also has horrendous efficiency. The Bears have problems along the offensive line, but Herbert isn't good enough to warrant any consideration.
For now, it's probably best to avoid the Bears backfield until someone emerges. Roschon Johnson had a decent day in Week 3, so he could earn a role, but the Bears love their committee backfields, so he may never get the work it takes to be fantasy-relevant.
