Wan'Dale Robinson fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 2 (2024). Should you start or sit Wan'Dale Robinson in your fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Sit
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR4
ANALYSIS: New York Giants WR Wan'Dale Robinson had a nice start to 2024, earning 12 targets and catching six passes for 44 yards in the Giants' Week 1 opener. However, there's no reason he should continue to out-target fellow WR Malik Nabers, and 12 targets is likely not sustainable.

Robinson gaining less than four yards per target is partially QB Daniel Jones' fault, but Jones would be much better served to target Nabers around 12 times anyway. Nabers was selected much higher in the NFL Draft than Robinson and is clearly the better player.
Malik Nabers never left the field in Week 1 and had a 100% route participation. QB issues could cap his upside in 2024, but long-term the outlook is 🔥🚀🌕 pic.twitter.com/k2ZqoFBMXT

Daniel Jones probably can't support more than one fantasy-relevant receiver, and if that player isn't Nabers, you can expect both head coach Brian Daboll and Jones to be out of jobs by the end of the year at the latest. Nabers is a generational talent and deserves double-digit targets on that offense.
While the target volume for Robinson is nice, players who are that inefficient with that high target volume typically don't retain their volume. Robinson had less than four yards per target, which isn't enough to justify that kind of target hogging. Keep Wan'Dale on the bench or waiver wire outside of very deep leagues.
