Jaylen Wright is a 2024 fantasy football draft sleeper at running back and an ADP draft value. Target Jaylen Wright as an undervalued RB in fantasy football drafts.
BALLER MOVE: Target Around ~149 Overall
CURRENT ADP: ~171
ANALYSIS: The Miami Dolphins already had a formidable backfield duo with Raheem Mostert and De'Von Achane returning in 2024, but decided to draft Jaylen Wright out of Tennessee in the 4th round anyway.
Wright was impressive at the NFL Combine with a 4.38-second forty-yard dash, showing off elite speed to go with a solid 5-foot-10, 210-pound frame.
While he'll operate behind Mostert and Achane, he could be a perfect fit for this offense and he's performed well so far in the preseason when given the opportunity.
Let's not forget that Mostert is 32 years old and that Achane is undersized for an everydown back (and missed time last year) so while Wright will serve as depth to start the season, the opportunity to get more involved is just one injury away.
If Mostert or Achane go down, you can book Jaylen Wright’s rise to fantasy/real life stardom. His talent jumps off the screen. pic.twitter.com/EEHeHKLTHG

He should be drafted as a very valuable handcuff in all formats.
