ANALYSIS: Minnesota Twins starting pitching prospect David Festa has been performing quite well at Triple-A this season and is worth stashing in deeper redraft leagues.
In 54 innings with Triple-A St.Paul, the 24-year-old holds a 3.50 ERA, 1.31 WHIP, and a 24:81 BB:K ratio. Festa got a small taste of Triple-A last summer, where he logged 12 ⅓ innings with a 2.92 ERA, 1.54 WHIP, and a 9:15 BB:K ratio.

The young right-hander has allowed two or fewer earned runs in 12 of his 14 starts and did not allow a run in six of those starts. In addition, he has struck out at least eight batters in five starts this season.
However, he did allow five earned runs twice this season, which has inflated his pitching ratios.
The Seton Hall product is showcasing elite strikeout potential and should reach the major leagues in the second half of the season. For now, he is worth stashing in deeper redraft formats as he should be in contention for a major league debut later this summer.
