CBB DFS: Early DraftKings Daily Fantasy College Basketball Picks - Today's Top Lineups (3/14/24)

Oumar Ballo - College Basketball Rankings, NCAA CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Today's Early DraftKings CBB DFS lineup picks for 3/14/24. Mike's top daily fantasy college basketball sleepers to build winning NCAA DFS lineups on DraftKings.

We've got a massive slate today with all of the major conference tournaments in action. We have 24 games split down the middle with a dozen on each slate. How perfect is that? The nooners are Minnesota and Michigan State, Xavier and UConn, and Florida State facing North Carolina. The Big 12 has to be a little different and start a few minutes later with BYU and Texas Tech taking the court.

The SEC gets going in the afternoon with Mississippi State and LSU. Next up is St. John's and Seton Hall from the Garden. Wake and Pitt are next up in the ACC with Maryland and Wisconsin following in the Big 10. TCU faces Houston after punching the Sooners onto the bubble. The Pac-12 gets going with USC and Arizona. Arkansas and South Carolina finish the afternoon SEC session. UCLA and Oregon finish this slate off from Vegas.

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks on DraftKings on 3/14/24, starting at noon EDT. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the salary scale's high, middle, and lower levels. Good luck, RotoBallers.

Today's DraftKings Guards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Kadary Richmond, Seton Hall ($8.5K)

I expect Richmond to go mostly unnoticed on this slate. Khalif Battle is on a tear and Tristen Newton gets all of the Big East accolades. Richmond struggled down the stretch, but don't blame him. Blame the schedule. Richmond had pedestrian games (compared to his recent runs) against the classes of the Big East in UConn and Creighton. He ended the season with a clunker against DePaul, but he only played 24 minutes in the blowout win. He still nailed value against Villanova, Butler, and...St. John's. Richmond put up 80.5 DraftKings points in the two games against the Johnnies this year. He's the most sure thing at the top of the guard scale today.

Josh Hubbard, Mississippi State ($7.6K)

Hubbard is getting hot at the right time. The star freshman closed the season averaging 36.4 DraftKings points per game over the last five games and never dropping below 30. The Bulldogs played some really good teams in that span. These numbers were against Kentucky, A&M, South Carolina, Auburn, and...LSU. Hubbard put up 37.25 on the Tigers about three weeks ago. Sign me up!

John Blackwell, Wisconsin ($5.4K)

Blackwell closed his freshman season strong, scoring 35 points in 55 minutes over the last two games of the season. He's still not starting, but I like him better off the bench anyway. Blackwell is the main scoring threat most of the time he's on the court and he's active on the boards as well. Don't expect a ceiling game against Maryland, but I feel like the price is low enough to buy in on Blackwell's hot streak.

Zachary Davis, South Carolina ($4.9K)

That clunker against Tennessee last week is keeping the price down, but I'll forgive that game. Davis has cleared 20 DraftKings points in the other four of the last five games. This is a great matchup here as Arkansas loves to push tempo and score at will. Davis is at his best in track meets. He should play 30 minutes and clear 20 DraftKings points in this one. It's what he does.

Also consider: Khalif Battle, Arkansas ($9.3K); Kobe Johnson, USC ($8.4K); Jamal Shead, Houston ($8.1K); Isaiah Collier, USC ($7.4K); Meechie Johnson, South Carolina ($6.9K); Jameer Nelson Jr., TCU ($6.3K); Dylan Andrews, UCLA ($6K); Chance McMillian, Texas Tech ($5.5K); Richie Saunders, BYU ($5.3K); Jaden Bradley, Arizona ($5K); Bronny James, USC ($4.7K)

Today's DraftKings Forwards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Dre Davis, Seton Hall ($8K)

No one has been hotter for the Pirates than Davis. Despite getting blown off the court by both UConn and Creighton in the last five games, Davis is still riding a streak of six games over 30 DraftKings points. It started with 30.75 DraftKings points against the Johnnies and continued against the two best teams in the Big East. Boosting the value for Davis is the fact that Seton Hall usually doesn't pull him in blowouts. He's getting his 32-35 minutes no matter what.

Harrison Ingram, North Carolina ($7.8K)

If you're as tired of playing Armando Bacot roulette as I am, I present his frontcourt counterpart as a consistently better option. Ingram has hit double figures in points and/or rebounds in every game since January 10, averaging 12.1 points and 11.3 rebounds per game in that span. He's not the elite rim protector that Bacot is, but he does everything else Bacot does with more consistency. Bacot's upside is still king, but I want the consistency of Ingram instead, especially in cash games.

Trevon Brazile, Arkansas ($5.4K)

Brazile's return to the starting lineup has gone better than the Hogs could have hoped for. He put up a solid 24.5 DraftKings points against a good Alabama team and went nuts on Vandy for 44.5 DraftKings points, playing 42 of the 45 minutes in that game. Brazile has 25 points, 18 rebounds, six blocks, an assist, and three steals in two games. This is a tough matchup, but his price hasn't caught up to the production yet.

Jamie Kaiser Jr., Maryland ($4.2K)

Stop me if you've heard this before: a freshman is closing the season strong. A lot of things happen as a freshman in college whether you play a sport or not. The adjustment is more uprooting for players of a sport than us normal folks. Kaiser is another one of those freshman that is getting settled. He has played 58 minutes over the last two games and racked up 43.5 DraftKings points. I love the opportunity at the price point here. Kaiser is everything you want in a value play.

Also consider: N'Faly Dante, Oregon ($8.6K); Jamir Watkins, Florida State ($8.4K); Oumar Ballo, Arizona ($8.1K); Tolu Smith, Mississippi State ($7.7K); Collin Murray-Boyles, South Carolina ($7.4K); J'Wan Roberts, Houston ($7.3K); Keshad Johnson, Arizona ($6.7K); Makhi Mitchell, Arkansas ($6.4K); Aly Khalifa, BYU ($5.2K); Derek Fountain, LSU ($4.7K); Lazar Djokovic, Xavier ($4K)
