NBA DFS: DraftKings, FanDuel Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks - Today's Top Lineups (1/14/24)

Kevin Durant - NBA DFS Lineup Picks, Daily Fantasy Basketball

Today's top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings, FanDuel on January 14, 2024. John's NBA DFS sleeper picks for building winning DFS lineups.

It's a Sunday in the NBA and we have a rather slate to break down. I hope you all had a fantastic start to 2024, and let's head forward with a massive win and get our bankrolls prepared for the long haul.

There's just one team that comes in tonight on a back-to-back, as the Milwaukee Bucks will suit up for the second consecutive evening. Let's see how that affects some of our lineups and how we want to attack this slate.

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 1/14/23. Remember to monitor NBA injury news and our awesome new NBA injuries report tool, as the slate can completely change before lineups lock at 6:00 PM EST on FanDuel and DraftKings.

Today's DraftKings, FanDuel Guards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

De'Aaron Fox, SAC vs. MIL – PG ($8,800 DK; $8,300 FD)

I'll start things off tonight with De'Aaron Fox. Fox draws a fantastic matchup tonight against the Bucks, who not only come into tonight's game ranked 18th in defensive efficiency and 30th in point guard efficiency, but also come in on a back-to-back following a win against the Warriors on Saturday night. Fox projects to 28.42 points, 4.36 rebounds, and 5.8 assists in this one, and should go back and forth with Giannis Antetokounmpo, Damian Lillard, and the Bucks.

Eric Gordon, PHO vs. POR – SG/SF ($4,600 DK; $4,900 FD)

I'll back Eric Gordon next. Gordon draws an advantage against the Blazers this evening, who come in ranked 19th in defensive efficiency and 30th in shooting guard efficiency. They also rank 20th in bench efficiency, which could be beneficial assuming none of the other Phoenix guards sit out of this one. Gordon projects to play 29 minutes while scoring 12.82 points, grabbing 2.19 rebounds, and dishing out 2.27 assists.

Others to consider: Kyle Lowry, Damian Lillard, Bradley Beal

Today's DraftKings, FanDuel Forwards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Khris Middleton, MIL vs. SAC – SG/SF ($7,700 DK; $7,100 FD)

I'll head back to the Bucks/Kings game and take a look at Khris Middleton. Middleton racked up 33 mintutes of game action in Saturday's showdown with Golden State, going for 24 points, three rebounds, and 10 assists. As I'm writing this, he is projected to play, but I'll be cautious considering how the Bucks have been - for lack of better terms - nursing him back from injury. Nevertheless, as of now Middleton projects to 15.6 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 5.46 assists but could have a "ceiling" type of game given the matchup.

Jaime Jaquez, MIA vs. CHA – SF ($6,400 DK; $6,300 FD)

I'll wrap things up at the forward position with Jaime Jaquez. Jaquez has been a pleasant surprise to this Heat team this season, averaging 14 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 2.7 assists. Tonight he takes on a Charlotte team that ranks 27th in defensive efficiency and 19th in small forward efficiency. He projects to 15.12 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.8 assists. Given he should play above his season averages, I think he's a good play at his price.

Others to consider: Grayson Allen, Karl-Anthony Towns, Nikola Jovic

Today's DraftKings, FanDuel Centers - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Bam Adebayo, MIA vs. CHA - C ($9,100 DK; $9,300 FD)

I'll stick with the Heat here and take a look at Bam Adebayo. Adebayo projects to log 35 minutes while scoring 25.53 points, 11.14 rebounds, and 4.1 assists. It truly doesn't matter if Bam is at the power forward or center position tonight, as the Hornets rank 26th against power forwards and 29th against centers. Miami should also see a +5.36 point boost in offensive efficiency, which would place them near the top of the league.

Jusuf Nurkic, PHO vs. POR – C ($6,900 DK; $6,600 FD)

I'll wrap things up on this slate with Jusuf Nurkic. The Blazers will likely have Deandre Ayton lace them up tonight, but I feel as though that doesn't matter as they still come into this one ranked 25th in defensive efficiency. Nurkic should see a solid chunk of minutes against his former club, and projects to rack up 12.09 points, 10.76 rebounds, and 3.41 assists. I prefer Bam Adebayo on this slate, but I wouldn't be against the idea of sticking them both in your lineup, if possible.

Others to consider: Giannis Antetokounmpo
