ANALYSIS: Las Vegas Raiders kicker Daniel Carlson had a ton of fantasy football value last season, finishing as a top-three scorer at the position. Unfortunately, he's going through a down year and has not been helping fantasy teams in 2023.

The 28-year-old has scored five or fewer fantasy points in eight games this year, including a zero-point day last week against the Minnesota Vikings. Although the Thursday Night Football contest against the Los Angeles Chargers could turn into a kicking battle, there's no reason to trust Carlson in the first round of the fantasy football playoffs.
If the Raiders can turn around the offense next season, Carlson should be right back in the elite fantasy kicker discussion. However, his value in 2023 is not likely to rebound. Sit him in all leagues.
