This is such a great time of year for college basketball. Most conferences haven't started yet, so we are still seeing compelling out-of-conference tilts all over the place. Final Four team Florida Atlantic takes on Illinois in the Jimmy V Classic. and it only gets better from there! The usual window has three high-profile games with Villanova visiting the Little Apple, Oklahoma hosting Providence, and Wisconsin heading to East Lansing to take on the Spartans.
We have the basketball version of Clean Old-Fashioned Hate from Athens. North Carolina takes on UConn in the Jimmy V nightcap. We have Seton Hall in Waco to take on the Bears. We close this out with the Hoosiers in Ann Arbor to take on Michigan. This is a great one!

DraftKings CBB DFS Guards
Tristen Newton, Connecticut ($10,100)
Newton didn't pick up a double-double against Kansas, but he did score almost half of UConn's points. Newton is going to get his points no matter what. His high-end ancillary stats are just a great bonus. He should be in for another big game against North Carolina. Newton has come up big in all of UConn's competitive games except for Texas.
Bryce Hopkins, Providence ($8,300)
Devin Carter gets most of the attention, but Hopkins has scored at least 20 points in three straight games. He has also hauled down 27 rebounds in that span. Hopkins has been a spectacular two-way player for the Friars so far. He even had a double-double against a strong Kansas State team last month. This is a tougher matchup, but Hopkins is still going to give us a good line.
Otega Oweh, Oklahoma ($6,500)
Oweh played well down the stretch for the Sooners last year and has taken the next step this year. Oweh is averaging 15.7 points per game for an Oklahoma team that needs the scoring. He has been a strong defensive player as well, which only helps raise that ceiling. If he has his average of 28.8 DraftKings points in this one, I think we'll all be happy with that return.
Jordan Longino, Villanova ($4,700)
The Wildcats are looking for any kind of backcourt production alongside Justin Moore. Longino has been the only one to consistently supply it. He is an efficient scorer and good rebounder, though he does sometimes get lost in the shuffle on the floor. Longino is playing good minutes and will for as long as he can keep scoring and TJ Bamba isn't.

DraftKings CBB DFS Forwards
Kel'el Ware, Indiana ($9,500)
The Oregon transfer is back on track after being handled by Louisville and UConn in the Empire Classic. Michigan lost their post presence when Hunter Dickinson left for Kansas and they have spent much of the early season trying to find a suitable replacement with modest success. That is not the spot you want to be in when facing a talent like Ware.
Baye Ndongo, Georgia Tech ($7,200)
The secret is out after what the freshman did to Duke over the weekend. Ndongo ran circles around Duke's frontcourt and hit nine of his 11 shots for 21 points. Ndongo is still raw, but he has already been an elite rim protector (eight blocks in three games) and a good rebounder. The five assists and four steals are just gravy. There will be some bumps along the way, but he showed how much talent he has in the upset over Duke.
Jaden Bediako, Seton Hall ($6,200)
Bediako seems to be the favorite of the center options for the Hall right now. He has scored in double figures in all but the opener against St. Peter's and has at least seven rebounds in four straight games. Bediako is a solid rim protector as well. He doesn't have the size of Elijah Hutchins-Everett, but sometimes that's a good thing. Seton Hall functions better with Bediako's blend of size and athleticism.
Mackenzie Mgbako, Indiana ($5,200)
The freshman has been inconsistent so far this year, but he has tallied 31 points and 15 rebounds in the last two games after a season-low nine minutes against Louisville. Mgbako is doing better at finding his shots in the offense and is starting to get more minutes. He's a risk right now because of the inconsistency, but the talent is starting to show and his price is still low.
Also consider: Armando Bacot, North Carolina ($9,300); Vladislav Goldin, Florida Atlantic ($7,900); Olivier Nkamhoua, Michigan ($7,500); Arthur Kaluma, Kansas State ($7,300); John Hugley IV, Oklahoma ($6,000); Giancarlo Rosado, Florida Atlantic ($4,700)
