The San Jose Sharks have signed winger Filip Zadina to a one-year, $1.1 million contract. The 23-year-old was waived by the Red Wings last week and the team ended up terminating his contract, but Zadina didn't need long to find himself a new NHL home. With Detroit picking him sixth overall in the 2018 NHL Draft, there were high hopes for Zadina in Motown, but he managed to produce only 28 goals and 68 points in 190 games with the team. The Czech forward will now hope to resurrect his career in San Jose, and he's nicely placed to do so, with the Sharks looking quite thin in attack.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBallerRead More News
