Michael McDowell did win once upon a time at Daytona. However, the Front Row Motorsports driver has been good at Talladega too. The last two Spring races have been excellent in terms of place differential for the No. 37 Ford. In 2021, there was that +20 where he sped up to near the front and held firm for a third-place finish. Last Spring, McDowell came out of almost nowhere to finish eighth after starting 21st.
