ANALYSIS:  It's truly been a rough season for Laviska Shenault Jr. and the Carolina Panthers by extension. The wideout, who played with the Panthers for the first time in Week 3, has turned into the walking definition of a boom/bust play this season.

Shenault has somehow been able to put up two games of 14.9+ PPR points and three below 2.0 fantasy points with just one smacked right in the middle of those marks at 7.6 FP. He's coming off an encouraging one, in which he got the second-most targets of the season (4) hauling in three of those for 17 receiving yards... and most importantly rushed the rock two times for 42 yards and a score.

Deebo Lite in the making? Hard to know, harder to predict, hardest to expect if we're honest. But, again, there's some hope out there.

Shenault found paydirt on the ground last week but he also got to carry the ball a couple of times in Week 9 (only for six total yards, though). His receiving chops might or might not be there, because it's impossible to know coming from a man that has received 14 targets spread through seven games over the season.

He's definitely not a player to chase in all leagues and not even in some of the deepest formats, but at least someone to pad your roster and deploy in the Flex if no other option has enough appeal for you. The rushing upside might be a game-changing thing, but it's obviously Russian Roulette.
