The Minnesota Twins will retain manager Rocco Baldelli for the 2023 season, according to the team's chief baseball officer, Derek Falvey. "Rocco's our manager. He's my partner in this all the way through. That's never even crossed my mind, quite frankly. Rocco's a big part of our future. Not just next year, but beyond," is what Falvey said when he was asked about Baldelli's job status. The Twins have struggled since the All-Star break, falling out of first place in the American League Central and are barely remaining alive in the wild-card race. The team has been decimated by injuries in the second half of the year, so it's hard to blame the manager for that. Baldelli won AL Manager of the Year in 2019 and will aim for another postseason run in 2023.--Jon Mathisen - RotoBallerRead More News
