Tucker Kraft fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 9 (2024). Should you start or sit Tucker Kraft for fantasy football lineups?

ANALYSIS: Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft now has five touchdowns on the season, and it's possible his current pace of fantasy production isn't sustainable, but at least he's a TE that's doing something consistently in the NFL this season. He scored 16.8 PPR fantasy points by catching three passes for 78 yards and a touchdown in Week 8.

We've seen numerous Green Bay pass-catchers go on hot streaks only to cool off quickly, though. WR Jayden Reed is one example. None of the players get good enough target volume to produce consistently, and the same is true for Kraft. He's averaged just four targets per game over the past four games.
That's not a recipe for good fantasy production, and he's reliant on big plays and touchdowns to score double-digit fantasy points. That said, it's hard to be picky when it comes to the tight end position this season, so you may as well continue starting him until his scoring streak dies down.
It's okay to start him for now, but don't expect his current viability to last all season.
