Welcome back to our top starting pitcher fantasy baseball prospects to stash for Week 10 of the 2025 MLB season. This week, we saw Zebby Matthews strike out seven batters in his latest start and Noah Cameron continue to emerge as a star in Kansas City.
In this piece, we will examine two pitchers in Philadelphia who are nearing a promotion and our top stash option in Pittsburgh, who continues to dominate the Triple-A level.
Below are the top pitching prospects to stash leading up to Week 10 of the 2025 MLB season.

Bubba Chandler, Pittsburgh Pirates
Currently At Triple-A

What more does Bubba Chandler have to prove at Triple-A? In his last start on May 30, Chandler tossed five hitless frames against Nashville. In this outing, the right-hander allowed four hits and one free pass. He struck out eight.
It was very positive to see the top pitching prospect in the sport lower his walks in this outing. Prior to this start, Chandler's one blemish was his weak command. In his last 18 1/3 innings leading up to this start, Chandler allowed 13 free passes. However, Friday's outing was a positive step in the right direction.
Through 48 2/3 total innings this season with Triple-A, the right-hander has struck out 69 batters and held a 2.03 ERA with a 1.07 WHIP. During his first stint at Triple-A in 2024, Chandler enjoyed similar success, posting a 1.83 ERA with a 1.04 WHIP.

Currently, Mike Burrows holds the No. 5 spot in the Pittsburgh rotation. During his first two MLB outings, the right-hander has allowed a hefty nine runs (eight earned) with nine hits and a 5:4 K:BB. When Chandler gets the call, he will be locked into a rotation spot for the remainder of the summer.
He remains a priority stash option in all leagues.
Andrew Painter, Philadelphia Phillies
Currently At Triple-A

The other high-priority stash option is Andrew Painter of the Philadelphia Phillies. Painter is nearing the completion of his buildup. He underwent Tommy John surgery in July 2023 and slowly increased his workload this season. He did not pitch in spring training and opened the campaign with Low-A.
However, this past week, Painter made his fourth start with Triple-A and could be approaching his MLB debut fast. Earlier in the season with Low-A, Painter held a 3.97 ERA with a 0.97 WHIP across 11 1/3 innings of work.
In his most recent outing at Triple-A Lehigh Valley, Painter logged five innings of two-run ball with five punchouts and one walk. This was the second time in his four Triple-A starts that Painter had logged five innings of work. Across 17 total innings at the top level of the minor leagues, the former 13th overall pick has held a 2.65 ERA with a 1.24 WHIP.

He has struck out 20 batters and allowed seven walks.
During the 2022 season, before his Tommy John surgery, Painter tossed 103 2/3 innings across time at Low-A, High-A, and Double-A. During this season, Painter established himself as one of the top pitching prospects in the sport as he struck out 155 batters and held an incredible 1.56 ERA with a 0.89 WHIP.
Given his elite strikeout upside, he is worth stashing in all 12+ team leagues. When the 22-year-old gets the call, he will likely have a spot in the starting rotation for the remainder of the campaign.
Jacob Misiorowski, Milwaukee Brewers
Currently at Triple-A

Even though Logan Henderson got the call before Misiorowski, Misiorowski has a much higher ceiling and could be nearing his MLB promotion. Since allowing six runs and holding a modest 21:12 K:BB over his first 18 2/3 innings at Triple-A, Misiorowski has been one of the most dominant pitchers at the level.
Through his last 39 2/3 innings, the hard-throwing right-hander has posted a 2.04 ERA with a 1.06 WHIP. During this stretch, he has struck out 52 batters and allowed 16 walks. He only allowed more than two walks in a single game twice during this stretch and more than one run in a single outing once.

Last season, across 97 1/3 innings at Double-A and Triple-A, Misiorowski struck out 127 batters while holding a 3.33 ERA and a 1.20 WHIP.
With the Brewers relying on several bulk relief pitchers such as Chad Patrick and Quinn Priester over the weekend (who have struggled at times), they will likely turn to their top pitching prospect in the coming weeks, especially if he continues his current production.
Ian Seymour, Tampa Bay Rays
Currently At Triple-A

While the Rays do not have a clear opening for Seymour at the moment, he is worth mentioning given his elite strikeout upside. Through 55 innings at Triple-A this season, the left-hander has struck out an impressive 78 batters across 55 innings. Across this stint, he has held a 3.11 ERA with a 1.22 WHIP.
Seymour has tallied at least eight punchouts in seven of his 11 outings. He has hit the double-digit mark in two, including his most recent start against Triple-A Memphis.

During his first taste of Triple-A last summer, Seymour tallied just 63 punchouts (in a near-dientical 54 innings). However, he was slightly more effective, holding a 2.33 ERA with a 1.15 WHIP.
Currently, Zack Littell holds the No. 5 spot in the Tampa Bay rotation and was one of the most consistent pitchers in May, holding a 2.88 ERA with a 0.98 WHIP. As a result, Seymour will have to wait for an injury. However, if a Rays pitcher were to go down, Seymour would be considered a priority target in all standard leagues.
Mick Abel, Philadelphia Phillies
Currently At Triple-A

The final pitcher we will look at is Mick Abel of the Philadelphia Phillies. While his teammate Painter has much higher upside, that does not mean Abel will not carry value. He was promoted to Philadelphia on May 18 to make a spot start and shined, throwing six shutout frames with nine punchouts.
In this outing, he allowed just five hits and no walks to the Pirates.

However, the Phillies opted to have veteran Taijuan Walker replace the injured Aaron Nola (ankle) in the starting rotation. Walker has struggled in his last three outings. During these 12 innings, the right-hander has allowed 16 hits and 10 runs (nine earned).
Since returning to Triple-A following his taste of the majors, Abel has logged 10 2/3 innings with one earned run and a 16:7 K:BB. Painter is Philadelphia's long-term play, but Abel could find value as a short-term option. Abel has impressed through 57 innings at Lehigh Valley this season, posting a 2.21 ERA with a 1.23 WHIP and 67 punchouts across 57 innings.
On Sunday, the Phillies announced that not only will Walker be shifting to the bullpen, but Abel is set to take his spot in the rotation. He is slated to make his second career MLB start on Thursday against the Blue Jays. As a result, he is worth adding in all 12+ team leagues as he could hold the spot in the rotation until Painter is promoted or Nola returns.
