Lately, we've seen some very strong finishes out of Todd Gilliland and the #38 Front Row Motorsports Ford team, but this weekend they will have a different driver behind the wheel during the GEICO 500 at Talladega Superspeedway, as Zane Smith will be driving this car for the second time in 2023. He previously finished 31st at Phoenix in this car. When asked about expectations this weekend, Zane stated, "I've seen the success that Todd [Gilliland] is having with this team this year. They have stepped up and have had really good results. I'm just trying to come in and keep that momentum going for the team. I have a little bit more experience after Daytona. That will help." Smith ran the #36 Ford for Front Row Motorsports at Daytona earlier this season, starting 17th and finishing 13th. He qualified 35th for Sunday's GEICO 500 at Talladega Superspeedway this weekend.--Jordan McAbee
