Just when it looked like Volkan Oezdemir was in the light heavyweight title picture, he was dropped in the first round by the debuting Jiri Prochazka. Oezdemir looked solid in the first round, getting the better of the striking exchanges. After eating a head kick in the second round from Prochazka, a heavy hand followed, which ended Oezdemir's night. Since entering the UFC, Oezdemir has gone back with his wins and losses, now with a UFC record of 5-4. Depending on Oezdemir's matchup, he may be worth the start. Keep an eye on his next opponent. If his opponent is coming off of a loss himself, Oezdemir might end his night early.--Matt Bricker
