8/1:Los Angeles Angels starter Tyler Skaggs had one of his worst professional starts on Tuesday, giving up 10 earned runs in just 3 1/3 innings. Skaggs gave up eight hits and walked and struck out three each. It's been a great season for Skaggs up to this point, with eight consecutive starts with three earned runs or less proceeding Tuesday's outburst. His ERA and WHIP each took a big hit, but they are still solid at 3.24 and 1.25. Skaggs is not worth dropping after this bad outing, but his workload down the stretch could be something to monitor, as he has already passed his career high in innings.--Andy P - RotoBaller
