Tyler Lockett Fading But Still Flex Worthy
12 months agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett disappointed in Week 15, catching just three passes for 21 yards despite drawing a team-leading nine targets. Compounding the unfortunate performance was that it came against the Philadelphia Eagles' bottom-tier pass defense. In Week 16, Lockett has another chance to take advantage of a generous secondary when Seattle faces the Tennessee Titans. The Titans have allowed the second-highest catch rate and second-most receptions to wide receivers this season, which may give Lockett a better shot at making good at the opportunities that come his way on Sunday. Also favoring Lockett's odds at a rebound game is the return of quarterback Geno Smith (groin) who missed the last two weeks due to injury. Lockett has had a down year, but can still be looked at as a WR3/flex option in PPR leagues in Week 16.
