Triston Casas Goes Yard In Tuesday's Win
8 months agoBoston Red Sox first baseman Triston Casas went 1-for-2 with a solo home run and two walks during Sunday's 5-4 win over the Los Angeles Angels. The 24-year-old has now hit homers in back-to-back games for the first time this season. Casas started the year slowly but has come alive as of late. He is now slashing .259/.358/.500 with four home runs, eight RBI and 10 runs scored. Casas was a trendy breakout candidate heading into 2024 and is starting to deliver on the hype. He can be started with confidence while he enjoys this hot streak.
