Free-agent starting pitcher and National League Cy Young winner Trevor Bauer is weighing multiple offers on the table, but he won't be considering one-year deals. It makes sense that the 29-year-old right-hander wouldn't forego the security and lucrative nature of the best multi-year deals he will likely ever command on the open market after the excellent season that he had in 2020. Bauer's decision may very well stretch into January. A handful of teams are likely interested in him, but the Mets might be the team to watch with new owner Steve Cohen, according to MLB.com's Mark Feinsand. If he were to land with the Mets, New York would have the NL's last three Cy Young winners at the top of their rotation. Bauer and his high-strikeout arm will be a fantasy ace in 2021, no matter what uniform he's wearing.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
