Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Travis Sanheim agreed to a two-year, $6.5 million deal on Monday, staying with the team. He could have been a restricted free agent on July 1. "I'm obviously really excited," Sanheim said. "It's a big step in my career. I'm looking forward to another two years with the Flyers. I'm really excited with the way the team's moving forward and the moves we've made this summer." He posted a career-best nine goals, 26 assists and 35 points in 82 games in 2018-19. Sanheim is on the rise, and also posted 133 blocked shots and 45 hits to help out fantasy owners.--Daniel Dobish
