Tom Brady Reaches 13th Career AFC Championship Game
6 years agoNew England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady completed 34 of 44 passes for 343 yards with one touchdown pass in the Patriots 41-28 triumph over the Chargers. Brady blew the game open early with a 15-yard touchdown pass to receiver Phillip Dorsett to open up a 21-7 lead in the first half. The Patriots offense looked crisp and Brady played his best game in months. Some have speculated that a knee injury has limited Brady at points this season but he was at his best against the Chargers to send the Patriots to their nine straight AFC Championship Game and 13th in Brady's career. Brady will have to deliver once more against a high-powered Chiefs team next week, a team that Brady passed for 340 yards and one touchdown against on October 14 of this season.
