The Tennessee Titans defense hasn't been one to target in fantasy football this season, as they've allowed the fourth most points per game (27.3) and the ninth most yards (345.8). They are consistently put in tough spots by their offense's inability to move the ball. However, they're an interesting option to consider in Week 14 as they face rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders and the Cleveland Browns. The Browns' offense has been one of the worst in the league all season and hasn't been any better recently with Sanders under center. The rookie fifth-rounder has turned it over in two of his three games played while taking six sacks. In a matchup expected to feature cold and windy conditions with the lowest projected point total of the week at just 33.5 points, the Titans' defense is worth considering as a streaming option in Week 14.--Kyle McCarthy
