Cleveland Cavaliers forward/center Evan Mobley (illness) is good to go for Friday's matchup against the San Antonio Spurs. Mobley told Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer that he will play in the contest. The talented big man was a late addition to the injury report due to illness. Since he isn't at 100 percent, Mobley might have trouble delivering his usual fantasy production on Friday.--Taavi Pailk
