Tiger Woods was set to make his first official PGA Tour start of 2025 at this week's Genesis Invitational. However, golf fans will have to wait to see the 15-time major champion in action, as Woods has now withdrawn from the upcoming Signature Event at Torrey Pines. He cited his mother's recent passing as the reason for his decision to withdraw from action. Kultida Woods passed away unexpectedly last week at the age of 80. Woods has been forced to play an extremely limited schedule in recent years due to various injuries. His plans for 2025 are unknown, but if his schedule of the past few years is any indicator, we likely won't see Woods tee it up until The Masters tournament in April.--Joe Nicely - RotoBaller
