Thomas Detry started off great at The Sentry. The Belgian golfer managed a Top 5 result. After that, Detry struggled to make enough birdies at the Sony Open. Going to the West Coast yielded a good result at the Farmers Insurance Open. Then, Detry missed some putts and great opportunities. Now, that kept him around a 70 for all four rounds at Pebble Beach. The main problem for the Belgian is getting balls on the green. Detry ranks 136th at -0.345 strokes gained when it comes to approaching the green. It is a reason why Detry could struggle this week at Scottsdale. The idea of Detry being an appealing DFS option could even be problematic. Detry needs to hit those greens.
